Wolfenstein: The New Order’s Chapter 2 is a short mission but requires great focus and some guidance. Here’s a walkthrough to help you beat it.

After the initial timeline set in 1946 in Wolfenstein: The New Order, Blazkowicz’s story skips ahead 14 years to 1960 in the second chapter, ‘Asylum.’
In this mission, you will need to work to escape from the Asylum after it has been attacked by Deathshead’s soldiers. You will assist Anya in escaping as well before you make your way into the current world and all of its changes.
Wake Up & Escape The Asylum
The start of Chapter 2 will show BJ Blazkowicz’s life after he wakes up in the Asylum. He was found at sea with severe brain damage that had left him in a catatonic state for 14 years. Eventually, a group of Deathshead’s soldiers will come to the Asylum to shut it down, which will take Blazkowicz out of his trance. First, you will want to grab the butter knife next to you using the prompted button. Blazkowicz will then take out the soldier in front of him. Then, proceed into the next room to look for Anya.
Make your way through this whole first area of the house, taking out each enemy that you see. There are two commanders in this room, so if you’d like to take a sneaking route, you’ll want to finish off these enemies first to prevent them from turning on the alarm. They will be towards the back of the first floor, on the opposite side of the room you came out of.
Once you have taken them all out, head to the back area, where there will be a small opening underneath a collapsed bookcase. Run and slide underneath here, and then go through the doorway at the end of the hallway on the right.
Go through here until you reach the staircase. Head downstairs, then go into the room on the right. You can take out this first enemy by sneaking up behind him and using your knife. Then, go into the main room and take out the remaining few soldiers using any of your weapons.
Head to the back of this room, where you will find a bunch of sofas piled up. There will be another enemy behind here you will need to take out. Then, go into the room on the left, where you will press the button in front of you, which will open the doors across from here.
Exit the room, and you will find yourself in combat with many enemies here. Be prepared, and hide behind the desks to avoid severe damage. It’s recommended that you use the Assault Rifle to take out the plethora of enemies as quickly as possible.
Head Outside & Save Anya
When you’ve done this, head into the room where you opened the doors — there will be another door on the right side of the windows that will be marked with a blue diamond. This is where you will want to go next.
This will take you outside, where you will face a few more soldiers and drones. Use the shotgun on the drones, as this will destroy them in only one hit. Then, grab Anya in front of the car. This will spark a cutscene where Anya and Blazkowicz will escape by this car, heading to Anya’s grandparents’ home.
