Standup comedy in Delray Beach
Looking to enjoy a fun (and funny!) night out? Comedian Kevin Bozeman heads to Arts Garage in Delray Beach this Friday for “The Art of Laughter,” the venue’s new standup comedy series. Bozeman, who was a semi-finalist on “Last Comic Standing” in 2015, entertains audiences across the globe with smart, witty stories about his childhood and his own life as a parent. Opening for Bozeman will be comedian John Charles, who promises a signature brand of “slacker-chic” comedy to start things off. Go out and enjoy an evening of laughs!

There’s nothing quite like spending an afternoon enjoying the sound of string music — and who better to provide that classical sound than a quartet? This Wednesday, music lovers can enjoy a performance from the Ulysses Quartet, an expert ensemble of young musicians, at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth. The group has the honor of being the Lisa Arnhold Fellows at Juilliard, serving as the school’s graduate string quartet — so you know they’ve got the credentials for classical music!
